MioMio
"From online store to brand. Full rebrand, new identity, headless from scratch."
Visit live site↗MioMio carries 170+ fashion houses — Furla, Casadei, Premiata. But it looked like a discount outlet, indistinguishable from hundreds of other stores. Rebuilt from zero: new identity, editorial content, headless on Next.js. Now the store holds the level of the brands it sells.
Problem
Premium brands sat behind a legacy OpenCart instance no one wanted to maintain. No integration points — every connection was a hack. The platform couldn't scale, couldn't connect to modern services, and the codebase was unmaintainable. On top of that, 3,000 products had to migrate without burning five years of SEO rankings.
Approach
- 01Reset the visual language. Campaign-driven homepage, editorial photography, brand storytelling — instead of a product grid.
- 02Launched editorial content: men's and women's lifestyle campaigns, brand pages with curated lookbooks.
- 03Built the storefront on Next.js. Sub-second loads, two languages, responsive design.
- 04Migrated 3,000 products with URL structure 1:1. Google saw the same pages — just faster.
- 05Wired in the Ukrainian commerce stack: KeyCRM, Esputnik, LiqPay, Google Merchant. Checkout to warehouse — fully automatic.

Brands integrated
Outcome
- →Repositioned from discount marketplace to premium multi-brand boutique.
- →Conversion +25% in the first quarter.
- →Page load 4.8s → 1.2s. 4× faster on mobile.
- →Google SEO 100/100 — structured data, hreflang everywhere, clean Core Web Vitals.
- →All 3,000 products live. Zero rankings lost in the migration.
- →Every order routes to CRM, email, SMS, and warehouse automatically.
Business Impact
MioMio operates as a brand now, not another catalog. Editorial campaigns drive traffic instead of discount banners. Faster pages improved both conversions and ad performance. The owner stopped re-entering orders manually, marketing stopped waiting on developers. Built on Next.js — plenty of room to keep growing.
